Music The purpose and responsibility of the Music Committee is to place first priority on "Music as Ministry", with special attention to the relationship of music and the larger Worship (liturgical) life of the church. This committee, along with the Music Director, will be responsible for training the entire church, inclusive of, but not limited to the church choirs. This committee will plan a schedule of events in cooperation with the Program Committee. Events involve learning of praise songs, anthems, spirituals, and seasonal music. This committee also screens applicants requesting financial assistance toward receiving music lessons. Minister of Music: Alma M. Jones Music Ministry:
